Our beef and Pork is free-range & pastured on our own untreated pasture. During the winter months our beef are fed hay from our own untreated pasture and a grain mix (wheat, barley, and legumes) from local grain farms. Our pigs get our grain mix daily.
We strive to provide high quality meat for our and your family, with animal welfare and environmental stewardship as important focus points on the farm.
All our sausages and burgers are Gluten friendly, so made with a gluten free spice mix but not in a separate facility. Our meat is processed in a provincially inspected facility, here both the live animals and the carcasses are inspected. All our meat is frozen.
